Tender Description
Expressions of Interest for pre-qualified selection of tenderers for the Keppel Bay Sailing Club Redevelopment in Yeppoon Qld, are open. EOI’s close Tuesday 23rd August 2022, at 3pm.
Construction works include;
- Demolition of existing and construction of new 3000m2 building generally to accommodate Sailing operations,
- Conference facilities and day-to-day Bistro and Bar facilities
– expressions of interest are welcomed from Contractors with experience in commercial projects who have undertaken previous work in regional Qld.
The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work applies to this project.
