Contract to Supply – UAV Services
HQPlantations (HQP) is the largest plantation timber company in Queensland and is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to source suitably qualified suppliers to provide UAV services for a range of operations including:
- Plantation establishment and maintenance projects (such as weed assessment and chemical application).
- Fire management services (such as fire surveillance, incendiary dispersal, and tethered operations).
- Goods transport (such as movement of plants across steep terrain).
- Collection of imagery and plantation assessment.
- Lidar and volume calculations.
- Other services suited to UAV capabilities (will consider all proposals).
HQPlantations is proposing to enter into 2-year contracts with suitable contractor/s for the provision of these services, commencing spring 2022.
