City Care Ltd is a leading national provider of maintenance, management, and construction services across New Zealand's built environment.
A recent decision has been made to separate the company into two legally independent businesses (Property and Water) to better support the respective business strategies.
We have embarked on a journey to implement the technical infrastructure needed to support these businesses today and into the future. This RFI is targeted at finding technical partners to support Citycare Water on their journey.
What we are seeking:
- Citycare Water are seeking proposals for the supply, implementation and support of a Job Management System Solution.
- The solution must integrate with Citycare's corporate system(s), and client's customer service/asset management systems.
- Citycare Water is seeking a cloud-based Job Management system encompassing functionality that Citycare Water can leverage to help their employees seamlessly manage their 'job' tasks, which includes field team members working on mobile devices while completing physical jobs, through to office staff managing the requests, contracts, assignment, reporting and invoicing for these jobs.
- Citycare Water is seeking a committed long-term delivery partner that understands more than just technology; appreciating the complexity, the risks and the need for a comprehensive and integrated solution across the Citycare Water operating environment.
