Tender Description

Goulburn Valley Health (GVH) is a public owned regional hospital located in Shepparton, Victoria as established under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic). GVH is a multi-campus facility providing a broad range of hospital and community services throughout the Hume Region. The Shepparton campus, located at Graham Street Shepparton has 266 beds providing acute medical, surgical, obstetrics, paediatrics, rehabilitation, psychiatric and intensive coronary care.

GVH owns two properties, 18 & 20 Monash Street Shepparton sized at 935m² & 973m² respectively, that are immediately adjacent to the Shepparton hospital campus located at Graham Street. As part of an overall accommodation strategy that will assist with the ongoing recruitment and retention of key staff, GVH intends to demolish these properties in favour of Doctor’s apartments.

A concept design has realised a double storey residential complex that comprised of 16 units. Thirteen (13) are single bedroom units and three (3) are double-bedroom units, to comprise a total of nineteen (19) bedrooms.

GVH is seeking Requests for Tender from suitably experienced and resourced organisations interested in the provision of Architectural Consultancy / Principal Consultant Services associated with the Doctors Accommodation project (the project).

The Services shall include the following:

  • Architectural Consultancy
  • Services Engineering Consultancy
  • Structural & Civil Engineering Consultancy
  • Building Surveying Consultancy
