Tender Description
TEC are looking for a Managed Security Service provider to deliver managed security services to TEC with an emphasis on a security continuous monitoring solution comprised of a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool run by a Security Operations Centre (SOC) that will enable:
- Visibility into security threats
- Detection and Response for security events
- Ongoing assurance and improvement of implemented security controls
The selected provider will be responsible for detecting and responding to security events within TEC’s environments including, on-premises, cloud, and SaaS platforms along determining true security events from false positives and assisting with remediation and mitigation of true events.
