Tender Description
Manatū Taonga plays an important role in delivering a strong New Zealand cultural and arts sector. We develop and deliver policy, services, advice and regulation to support the sector to improve the wellbeing of all New Zealanders. We have approximately 180 staff plus contractors in multiple locations.
This request relates to the implementation of a cloud-based HRMS.
Manatū Taonga does not currently operate a system to manage key Human Resource (HR) processes, data and information. This results in additional effort being used by the People and Culture team who must utilise numerous manual processes in order to record key people information, complete activities such as reporting, and manage key processes.
