Tender Description
St Mary’s Catholic Primary School is located in the regional town of Yoogali, New South Wales. This is a small country school operating under the Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga.
The project is jointly funded through the Catholic Block Grant Authority and the Catholic Schools Foundation. This project includes the construction of a new Multi-Purpose Hall and Library to create more modern and usable spaces with the construction of a new lift and stairwell. There will be a refurbishment and extension of the existing Administration Building and classrooms providing improved functionality and new modern spaces for both staff and students.
The successful contractor will preferably have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a “live” educational environment.
