Tender Description
The Riverton Leisureplex is a multi-function leisure facility with over 740,000 visitors last year. It is co-located with the Riverton Library (190,000 visitors) on the corner of High Road & Riley Road in Riverton. The site adjoins the Riverton Reserve, where year round organised sporting activities occur.
The Café operation will require a suitably qualified and reputable entity to provide food and beverage services for Riverton Leisureplex patrons, Riverton Library visitors, staff and other visitors to the centre, maximising the commercial viability of the tenancy.

Submissions for Expression of Interest are to be addressed to The Chief Executive Officer, via the email listed above, or by mail to City of Canning Locked Bag 80 Welshpool WA 6986 or in person at 1317 Albany Highway Cannington and must be received no later than 3pm Friday 14 October 2022.
Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify.
