The State Library Victoria (the Library, SLV)) invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the Security Systems Maintenance Services.

Refer to all of the following attached documents for full details:

1. Part A – Conditions of the EOI Process sets out the rules applying to the Invitation documents and to the EOI Process. These rules are deemed to be accepted by all Respondents and by all persons having received or obtained the Invitation.
2. Part B – Overview of Requirements describes the Deliverables in respect of which the Library invites EOIs from interested persons.
3. Part C – Proposed Contract specifies the proposed terms and conditions of agreement that the Library intends will govern the supply of the Deliverables should the Library enter into a final binding contract with a Respondent.
4. Part D – Respondent’s Response specifies the information to be provided in an EOI and may also specify any information to be provided by a Respondent by other means. Part C may include templates to be completed and included in an EOI.

To participate in this Expression of Interest, the supplier must be a Lenel Value Added Reseller, and the other systems the company will need to have working knowledge of are the Milestone CCTV platform, Fortecho Art Protection, and the Ekahau Duress system.

There will be no Site tour conducted for the EOI Stage.
