Isaac Regional Council (IRC) has 30 over head cranes and lifting beams/gantry structures located across the Isaac Region at various locations in the townships of Moranbah, Clermont, Nebo, Glenden, Dysart and Middlemount. Overhead cranes and lifting beams/gantry are critical items of the infrastructure and Council requires these to operate reliably on a continual basis. Council is looking to ensure safe working performance. Council is seeking to engage a qualified and competent service company to carry out reliable annual inspection basis as per AS1418.1, AS1418.3, AS1418.18 and AS1418.9.
