Tender Description
We would like to ascertain the level of interest in being the lead supplier/contractor for a tranche of mechanical and electrical Work Packages for Auckland City Hospital by responding to an attached questionnaire.
The Work Packages include:
- Boiler Replacement
- Condensate Upgrade
- Low voltage Switchboard Replacement
- Diesel upgrade
- Flow meters
- Reverse Osmosis Plant
- Air Handling Unit Refurbishment
- Air Handling Unit Replacement
- HVAC equipment replacement
The aim of this market sounding/RFI is to ascertain if sufficient interest and capacity exists in the market to undertake the proposed works along with feedback on possible delivery models.
We are looking for a lead supplier/contractor to work with us to deliver these Works Packages whether it be Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Design & Build, or other arrangements that will allow sharing of risk and commitment to deliver the packages.
We are not just looking for someone to build the works. We are looking for a lead supplier/contractor to undertake the pre-construction planning, risk management and physical construction.
We expect the successful lead supplier/contractor to come onboard with the Project Team in January 2023 and work up to mid-2024.
