TAFE Gippsland transferred their operations from Fulham Campus to the new Port of Sale campus in April 2022. Consequently, the Fulham site, located at 19 Lyon Crescent, Fulham Vic 3851 is no longer required.

The Fulham Campus, leased by TAFE Gippsland from the Wellington Shire Council, accommodates a number of buildings that are to be disposed of.

TAFE Gippsland seeks to procure a sole supplier to manage the sale of six existing buildings and facilitate the removal of these buildings by the Buyer(s) prior to 31st December 2022.
