Western Health is executing a market analysis with the following three objectives:

1. Determine whether for the procurement of an Enterprise Asset Information Management System (AIMS) the most appropriate procurement method would be a Request for Quotation, or a Request for Tender.
2. Refine the scope of the AIMS; which requirements should be included/excluded in the scope in order to come to a better business case and better overall solution.
3. Obtain high level cost indications for project implementation as well as on-going running costs of an AIMS.
