The Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) is planning to undertake a procurement process for the provision of Corporate Systems Upgrade.

At this stage, it is anticipated that an Expression of Interest (EOI) will be released on the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal (formerly Tenders VIC) in late September 2022 or early October 2022.

It is anticipated that the delivery of services will commence in early May 2023.

There are three broad categories of service for which VMIA is seeking.
This includes, but may not be limited to:

Manage Financial Resources

• Perform planning and management accounting
• Perform revenue accounting
• Perform general accounting and reporting
• Perform capital project accounting
• Process payroll
• Process accounts payable and expense reimbursements
• Manage Cash
• Manage internal controls

Develop and manage Human Capital

• Develop and manage human resources planning, policies, and strategies
• Recruit, source and select employees
• Manage employee onboarding, performance, development and training
• Reward and retain employees
• Redeploy and retire employees
• Manage employee information and analytics
• Manage employee communication

Governance, Risk and Compliance

• Govern and manage procurement
• Govern and manage contract management
• Manage enterprise risk
• Manage operational risk
• Manage incidents and issues
• Manage compliance
• Manage complaints and FOI
• Manage records and knowledge
