The department is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Automation Tester to work in an Agile team in one of our high-profile software development projects. This is a fast-paced environment, and we require enthusiastic professional testers who have experience working on large, complex projects. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on projects using leading edge technology.

The Automation Tester will be required to undertake:

• Analysis of requirements documentation
• Design, preparation and execution of test cases for system testing
• Writing and maintaining simple automated test scripts in C#
• Management of defects found during testing
• Preparation and execution of regression test cases for system testing
• Extensive experience testing APIs
• Some manual testing may be required

Automation Testers will require the following additional technical skills:

• C# Object Orientated Programming skills, to write and maintain automated tests
• experience creating automated tests using a custom Selenium grid framework
• using Selenium for Web (UI) tests
• experience using OpenAPI (RESTful)
• knowledge of design patterns and principals such as Page Object Model, SINGLETON, Page Factory, SOLID
• have a working knowledge of Azure DevOps and GIT code repositories and Yaml pipelines
