Tender Description

The Construction of a new Community Pool and Refurbishment of Existing Facilities, including:

  • Replacement of the existing 6 x 25m length section pool and children’s play area, including all associated plant and equipment
  • Refurbishment of the ablutions block
  • Refurbishment of the office block
  • Refurbishment of shaded structure
  • Installation of lighting and security systems
  • Landscaping works
