Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand Counties Manukau is seeking information via this Request for Information (RFI) from property developers, landlords, their agents, building owners, Contractors, Property Management Companies, and Investment Companies who can offer a building or a site with the ability to build a building to lease to Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand Counties Manukau of approx. 2000sqm for the new In-Centre Haemodialysis (ICHD) within close proximity to the Manukau City Centre in South Auckland.

This Request for Information is not a process to select a preferred supplier. Information gathered through this RFI process will be used to determine our next steps. It may be that a subsequent approach to the market is required, which may be open or closed. We reserve the right to change the scope and requirements and to determine the appropriate way forward, depending on what information we gather from the RFI. The procurement will be subject to the approval of a Business Case and funding.
