Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) is a statutory body whose role is to oversee all harness racing activity in Victoria.
Our mission is to deliver the most sought-after and accessible harness racing that produces financial sustainability, ensures clubs are the heart of their communities and provides equal opportunities for all participants to compete. Our vision is to be globally recognised as the home of harness racing in Australia, creating innovative racing and events that are underpinned by our commitment to the highest standard of welfare and integrity across the industry
We also operate a racetrack, accommodation and entertainment complex known as Tabcorp Park. This facility encompasses racing, a 41 room 4-star hotel accommodation, functions, conferences, bars and gaming situated in Melton.
HRV Departments & HRV Technology see the importance of an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to better service internal and external customers, in line with the Trots24 Strategy.
An internal review has been conducted and a shortlist of CRM solutions has been selected, these include:

- Microsoft Dynamics
- Engage RM
HRV seek a local and reputable implementation partner to assist us with the implementation, licensing, roll out and initial support for this new system.
