RE: Proposed development at 1a and 1-7 Carlotta Avenue and 9 Mount William St, Gordon, NSW. Aboriginal cultural heritage consultation requirements for proponents 2010

Tocomwall Pty Ltd is undertaking an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment in accordance with the 2010 Code of Practice for Archaeological Investigation of Aboriginal Objects in NSW for Savills Australia, Level 25, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney NSW 2000, on behalf of Uniting (The Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust NSW) for a proposed development at 1a and 1-7 Carlotta Avenue and 9 Mount William St, Gordon, NSW, within the Ku-ring-gai LGA. Tocomwall Pty Ltd invites registration of interest from Aboriginal people who hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the significance of Aboriginal object(s) and/or place(s) in the area of the proposed development, that may be subject to an application for an AHIP, to register an interest in a process of community consultation with the applicant.

Aboriginal people registering an interest in the community consultation process will have their details forwarded to Heritage NSW, and the Metropolitan LALC unless they specify that they do not want their details released.
