Tender Description
The Safehouse is a Women’s Refuge located in the town of Roebourne, Western Australia. A scoping exercise was conducted by a state government authority to refurbish the building in 2020. The role of progressing refurbishment is now with Mawarnkarra Health Service.
Your response will require pricing for the current scope of works / design in accordance the National Construction Code 2022. Further detail of requirements is contained within the attached "MHS Safehouse Refurbishment Construction Tender" document. Original scope of works and pricing are also available to download.
The tender process will be to shortlist and then conduct interviews to ensure a good fit for the project. During this process, site visits to firm up tender response can be undertaken. Once final selection occurs the final scope of works will be reviewed with stakeholders to ensure any required changes captured and the project remains within the allotted budget.
