Wudinna District Council have budgeted to undertake the 4 yearly desludging (pump out) of biosolids from septic tanks connected to the Wudinna Community Wastewater Management System (CWMS) during the 2022/2023 financial year. Council are seeking quotes from suitably qualified contractors to undertake this project.

The scope of works in general terms entails a works program to notify and engage occupiers/landowners to safely access septic tanks, in some instances exposing and recovering/reinstating tank lids, desludging of tanks, transportation and disposal of collected biosolids at an approved site and record keeping. All works are to be completed prior to 30 April 2023.
