HVAC maintenance services

HealthShare Victoria (HSV) is intending to release an RFT (Request for Tender) / ITS (Invitation to supply) for the maintenance of HVAC & Associated services which include :Heating, ventilation & air conditioning, Refrigeration,  HEPA filtration, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, water treatment. For all ‘Public Health Services’ (as legislatively defined) referred to in Schedule 1 and Schedule 5 of the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic)

Tentative Release Date: 8th December 2022 

Tentative close Date: 24th February 2023

Duration: 12 weeks (To accomodate the holiday season)

Pre - release industry briefing : 13th October 2022
