Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI), is inviting suppliers to provide information about their experience and ability to provide maritime distress and safety communications services (including a 24/7 maritime operations centre) for Maritime New Zealand to meet New Zealand’s international obligations and domestic requirements including the necessary design, build and maintenance services to operate the appropriate maritime satellite communication services, and medium frequency (MF), high frequency (HF) and very high frequency (VHF) maritime communications infrastructure.
This RFI is a tool to support the development of a business case to deliver sustainable maritime distress and safety communications services for NZ.
