Tender Description
Robertson Bowling Club, is located in the Southern Highlands in Wingecarribee Shire less than a 2-hour drive from the Sydney CBD. The club regularly attracts motorcycle and car clubs as well as day trippers from Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra. The bistro currently operates Wednesday to Sunday but could be expanded to 6 or 7 day operation. The dining area can cater for over 100 patrons and the Club is licensed for 200 people for larger functions. New furniture has been installed throughout the Club in September. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate walk-in cool room and separate walk-in pantry. Staff can be sourced locally
We are inviting tenders to apply to lease and operate the bistro at Robertson Bowling Club. The contractor must have the appropriate qualifications and insurance, relevant experience and the drive to provide a quality service to members and guests
