Tender Description
The Lord Howe Island road network upgrade project consists of upgrades to 5.0km of roads and
includes a culvert replacement. The roads and culverts proposed to be upgraded are listed below:
1) Anderson Road
a) Anderson Road – Solar Farm to McGees Parade (835m)
b) Anderson Road – McGees Parade to Neds Beach Road (605m)
c) Cemetery Road (135m)
2) Neds Beach Road – Anderson Road to Lagoon Road (500m)
3) Lagoon Road – Neds Beach Road to Middle Beach Road (760m)
4) Lagoon Road – Middle Beach Road to Bowker Avenue (400m)
5) Lagoon Road – Old Settlement to Ocean View Drive (475m)
6) McGees Parade – Anderson Road to Skyline Drive (145m)

7) Middle Beach Road – Nursery Road to Anderson Road (325m)
8) Middle Beach Road – Lagoon Road to Nursery Road (160m)
