Tender Description
Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council would like to offer the opportunity to submit a tender response for the construction of drainage improvement works to the Reservoir Road roundabout, located on Reservoir Road/Workshop Road, Yarrabah in accordance with the QRA Betterment Program.
The upgrade work includes:
• Removal of existing pavement and kerb
• Construct new subsoil drainage and associated stormwater infrastructure
• Construct new pavement and kerb and channel
THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES
This section should be read in conjunction with Section with Part 6 (Response Schedule).
Construction
- Supply and construct all required elements of the proposed works per the detailed design drawings
- Landscaping as required
Post-Construction
- Clean up of site to pre-works condition
- Handover of completed project including any on-going maintenance details
- Rectification of any defects identified during the defect liability period
The proposed works are on the main road into the community therefor a detailed TMP / TGS will be required at the time of Tender including a methodology for construction.
