Tender Description
The aim of this Contract is to provide Frankston City Council (on behalf of the Frankston Cemetery Trust) with suitable contractor(s) committed to servicing Frankston Memorial Park by delivering high quality horticultural site maintenance and/or grave digging / caretaking services within the designated work site for an initial 1 year term with the provision of 2 x 2 year extension options based on performance; in a manner that:
• Presents the Memorial Park in a well maintained and aesthetically pleasing manner in accordance with council standards and consistent with the unique character and vision of Frankston City Council;
• Encourages full utilisation of the horticultural site to accommodate different user groups;
• Minimises risk to public safety, environment and surrounding assets;
• Delivers a cost effective, reliable, efficient and well planned maintenance program to reduce reactive maintenance requests;
• Provides flexibility between programmed works (lump sum) and reactive non-programmed works (schedule of rates);
• Provides reliable information, effective communication, a high standard of customer service and professional feedback to all clients and customers; and
• Complies with Government Acts, regulations and Councils local laws and policies.
