Country SA PHN (CSAPHN) is seeking responses to this Expression of Interest from accredited General Practices to increase and sustain effective and accessible after hours primary care by:
* Extending their existing opening hours in the after hours period on weekdays and weekends; and/or
* Increasing their General Practitioner/Registered Nursing service capacity in the after hours period

Activities must enhance connectivity between local services and community. Suitable proposals will provide non-urgent care services to people otherwise presenting to emergency departments and low urgency care conditions that can be effectively managed by general practice. Treatment options may include, but are not limited to, minor injuries, pain management, wound care, fractures, lacerations, minor burns, abdominal pain, skin and soft tissue infections within the scope of practice.

The contract term is 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023.
