The MRPV Land Planning and Environment team is seeking to develop a fit-for-purpose panel of service providers with the required skills and experience to deliver the services described below for a three-year term plus two x 1-year options to extend.

MRPV requires independent expert evidence and advice to appropriately consider compensation arising under relevant land acquisition and compensation legislation applied to MRPV projects. The advice is initially used to inform MRPV in the development and delivery of its projects. Ultimately, it is used for the appropriate assessment of compensation arising from acquisition of interests in land in line with the relevant statutory processes. The advice may also be required in circumstances of litigation regarding disputes as to compensation, where the advisor may be bound to act as an independent expert in accordance with legislative requirements and the Witness Code of Conduct.

The panel will cover the following six categories. Suppliers with the appropriate experience will be able to apply to provide services within one or more categories.​​​​​
