Tender Description
For Long Plain Public Hall and Recreational Reserve
10km East Inverell on the Gwydir Highway.
Painting of all buildings after any needed repairs.
Gutters Hall cleaned or replaced and gutter guard added.
New gutters on the toilet block, plus new gutters to be put on the Canteen and Pub.
Flushing to be reattached to hall.
Kitchen grey water to be inspected and repaired as needed.
Ladies shower needs to be unblocked.
Water tanks either clean inside and painted existing tank plus add an extra tank, or remove existing tank and replace with a larger tank.
Holes in the hall walls be repaired and painted, along with the attached signage.
All doors and door frames to be replaced, in the same style that is there.
Shaded area for out the back of the hall.
The two side and back doors need an awning, to prevent further rain damage.
The Remaining old piers to be replaced, then the underside of hall to be enclosed with plenty of air flow.
Replace lights with fluorescent lights hung from chains.
Canteen needs all poles replaced, plus the dirt to be replace pavers
Path from ramp and back door to the toilet block.
New boundary fences where needed. Plus a gate put into the fence of the horse paddock.
Super Room:
Ceiling and walls to be lined.
Remove Urn put in a standard stove and oven, with a range hood
A over the sink water heater.
Large cardboard to be re moved a small cardboard in the corner for brooms/ Mops.
Space for refrigerator from cardboard,
Bench from refrigerator space to other wall with lockable cardboard underneath also cardboard on the wall above sink to window.
Stainless steel bench tops. Other table/benched to be redone as is.
There will be an open day on the 19th November 2022 from 10am for all builder to view the hall and talk with the land managers regarding the tenders.
Tenders can be for one or more items needing to be done.
