Tender Description
The City of Wyndham is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and duly qualified construction companies to provide construction services for Stage 1 of Alfred Road Reserve Master Plan project. The scope is to deliver a range of facilities and infrastructure which includes Two Sports Pavilions, Sports Infrastructure, Carpark, landscape and Open Space.
Sports Pavilion 1: Social Community Space, Change Rooms, Kitchens and Outdoor Viewing Areas.
Sports Pavilion 2: Indoor Cricket Facility, Social Community Space, Change Rooms, Kitchens and Outdoor Viewing Areas.
Sports Infrastructure: 2 Crickets ovals, 1 with Football overlay, 1 Junior Oval, 2 Soccer Pitches with Cricket Oval Overlay, Cricket Practice Nets & Sports Lighting.
landscape & Open Space: Community Recreation Area (picnic shelters, BBQ facilities, district play space, small local play space and Cycle Pump Track.
Carpark: A large carpark that caters to the entire site.
