Treasury is seeking technology options that could replace its current Micro Focus Content Manager Electronic Documents Records Management System (EDRMS) and provide a more integrated, contemporary and intuitive solution that is better suited to a modern workplace and ways of working.

• meet compliance, governance and security requirements in managing its records;
• automatically capture and classify records from multiple sources within the Department with zero-touch by users, as they are created or modified;
• provide the Department’s Information Management Unit with an easy to use and low maintenance solution for dealing with records management; and
• leverage the Department’s existing investment in Microsoft cloud technology for providing a document management platform.
