Council is seeking tenders for appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to design, supply and install approximately 980m2 of certified and compliant attenuating rubber Soft fall within the Tamworth Regional Playground.

This play space currently has organic wood chip with Rubber pads under all single stations and on base of slide and monkey bars on the existing junior combination unit. Council would prefer to retain the existing rubber softball pads.
All products and/or services including spare parts supplied, must comply with or exceed all current applicable Australian Standards and tenderers are required to provide current approved documentation to required standards and specifications with the submission.

Council's timeframe for practical completion of the construction of the works is at the earliest opportunity and by no later than 1st of May 2023. Tenderers are to notify Council as soon as practical if this date is considered unrealistic.
