This Tender is for the Main Works Package for the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Macarthur FC Limited. The site is located at 186 Cawdor Rd, Cawdor NSW 2567. The centre is a 1hr drive from Sydney CBD and 2 mins from Camden CBD.
Macarthur FC Bulls (Bulls) is committed to undertake this key Transformational Project. The Bulls play in the Australian A League. The club envisions strong growth and player development in coming years and the recent purchase of the subject site represents the commencement of achieving that vision. The facility will assist the club’s growth, strengthen Southwestern Sydney’s position as a top football playing region as well as bring a broad range of social and community benefits to the Camden Local Government Area (LGA).
Scheduled to open in the second half of 2024, the Coe will deliver a CoE facility that promotes equality regardless of gender.
This project includes the construction of the following key components:
The tender will be for the following:
• Site preparation works;
• 4 x football training fields;
• Main Facility building – 2000sqm,
• Amenities Building;
• Internal Fit out;
• Associated infrastructure including carparking, vehicular access roads, onsite detention and water quality treatment;
• Car parking;
• Perimeter and internal landscaping works;
• Site entry and road and service works into the site: and
• Project Construction Certificate
The successful Contractor for the Main Works will be engaged under a D&C contract AS4902-2000 General Conditions of Contract (amended).
Applicants are initially evaluated against a selection criteria.
