JCV is seeking to identify potentially suitable, qualified, and experienced suppliers who are able to provide an innovative solution for JCV. The vision for Jewish Care is to have a cloud based HRIS system that is used by all employees and managers and is not just a tool for HR. In addition, the HRIS system will include the ability to deliver a consistent digital experience to all employees, the ability to drive capacity for growth through efficient and scalable ways of working, and a "go-to" place for all HR information and communications.
