Tender Description
Tenders for the supply of food/produce for the Ravenhall Correctional Centre and Juneel Correctional Centre for the period 15th November 2022 to 15th November 2023 (with further possible 1 year extension) are being sought.
Separate tenders are called for the following categories:
- Dairy Products (excluding Milk/Cream)
- Milk & Cream
- Fruit and Vegetables
- Wholesale Dry & Frozen Goods (includes Frozen Seafood)
- Fresh Meat
- Halal Meat
- Smallgoods
- Poultry
- Kosher products
- Allergen meals
Successful bidders should be able to demonstrate capacity to meet the demands of supply
- for a 1200 + bed facility at Ravenhall Correctional Centre
- for a 1200 + bed facility at Junee Correctional Centre
and also price stability for the fixed term, delivery and service.
It is optional to provide tenders for both the above facilities or either of them or for certain categories only.
