Public Trustee (PT), a division of Department of Justice WA requires a Legal File Management Software (LFMS) that will be used to record and manage the matters handled by the Legal Directorate (LD) of PT. This is a move towards PT’s goal of digital transformation by increased electronic file keeping, thereby inching towards paperless environment. This will boost the effectiveness of the legal services by consolidating all their matters into one single database. The software must be an online solution working in cloud. PT is looking to purchase thirty-two user licences of the software for a period of three years with an option of two annual extensions. The purchase of the licences must cover support and training of the users. The software provider must deploy and customise the software for PT.
