ac.care is seeking to establish a Panel of Suppliers for the supply and delivery of information technology hardware. Deliverables of this project include the procurement of desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, peripherals and networking hardware. The objective of this RFP is to identify preferred panel Suppliers (or a single preferred supplier) for the forecasted hardware spend up to a five (5) year term

ac.care is seeking the following outcomes and benefits from this exercise:

Establish agreed contract terms and conditions for future acquisition to streamline the transaction process;
Leverage its purchasing power and relative spend to achieve a preferential discounting; and
Unlock incremental value add opportunities.

The opportunity is for a potential term of up to five (5) years with a total estimated contract value of $750,000.
