Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) is seeking highly experienced occupational therapists and/or mental health agencies to develop and deliver comprehensive learning and development (L&D) training programs to assist with the development of early career mental health occupational therapists’ foundational capabilities. This Request for Tender (RFT) sets out OTA's requirements and a guide for submissions, while allowing applicants the flexibility to demonstrate how the training packages could be undertaken to achieve OTA's objectives. OTA encourages applications for the development of a complete training package covering all foundational capabilities as well as proposals which cover specific areas of practice focusing on specific capabilities. Through the development of a comprehensive mental health learning and development program, OTA aims to support and strengthen the profession from foundational knowledge and skills all the way through to advanced practice.
