Tender Description
Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified consultants to develop a master plan for the Little Howrah Beach area in Howrah, Tasmania.
The purpose of the master plan is to provide a vision for the upgrade of the Little Howrah Beach area with a focus on providing inclusive access for all users, improving landscape amenity and integrating community facilities that support a variety of passive recreation activities. A pre-quotation site tour will be held on Monday, 21 November 2022 at 10.30am near the intersection of Howrah Road and Howrah Point Court. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.
Quotation documents will be available from Monday, 14 November 2022 from Council offices or by contacting Bryn Hannan on (03) 6217 9727 or bhannan@ccc.tas.gov.au.
Quotation responses are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” with the name of the quotation (Little Howrah Beach Master Plan) and the quotation number (Q1476- 22) clearly marked on the envelope. Quotations will be received by email to tenders@ccc.tas.gov.au or at the Council Offices, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018 until 4.00pm on Friday, 9 December 2022.
Neither the lowest nor any quotation will necessarily be accepted.
