The Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) is at the stage of considering future directions in respect of replacing its case management system and is undertaking market research to identify and understand what contemporary solutions the market can deliver in respect case management and document and records management.

As part of the planning process, the OIC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input from Market Participants for potential contemporary solutions in respect of case management and document and records management that could be deployed to support the functions of the Information Commissioner.

As the OIC is at the planning stage, it is important that any Market Participant who elects to provide information through this RFI process, does so on the understanding that no contract or other form of engagement will result from this RFI process.
