The District Council of Orroroo Carrieton, the District Council of Peterborough and The Flinders Ranges Councils (together and separately known as the Participating Councils) invite quotes from Respondents for the service of supply and delivery of Bulk Diesel, to various sites within the individual Councils districts, including but not limited to Depot sites, supply, delivery and installation including calibration of an Electronic Fuel Management System, and other ad hoc deliveries that may be advised from time to time, should the Councils considered it to be more efficient for such delivery to occur. (the Goods and/or Services).

The Participating Councils seek pricing that is both per individual Council and for supply to two or three Councils. It would be considered that should the tenderer provide pricing for delivery to two or three Councils, that there would be an economic benefit such as a percentage saving available for consideration.

The Councils are located in South Australia as per the below map, with its individual Council Administrations based at Orroroo, approximately 290km, Peterborough, approximately 250km,and Quorn, approximately 337 km north of Adelaide.
