Inglewood & Districts Health Service (IDHS) is seeking responses to this Request for Quotation for the provision of Acute Services Planning Architect (Architectural Services).

This project will ensure that IDHS creates an environment that is safe for our staff and our community. By conducting a thorough planning process, IDHS will be able to ensure we deliver the appropriate acute service for our community.

The successful Registrant will provide and develop all planning documentation in readiness for the Construction phase of this project for the redevelopment of our current Acute Service and will deliver a contemporary and safe plan for our Acute Services.

This plan will provide opportunities to develop a design and construction plan through 4 phases:

• Phase 1 Master Planning
• Phase 2 Feasibility Study
• Phase 3 Schematic Design
• Phase 4 Design Development

The completion of this project will ensure that IDHS is ready to be at the stage of tender document development for the next phase of construction.
