The Tamala Park Regional Council (TPRC) is seeking to appoint a landscape maintenance contractor to be responsible for the landscape maintenance of Catalina Estate as detailed in the Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance Contract and Technical Specification contained in Annexure D of the Tender document.

The landscape maintenance contractor will be responsible for the continual landscape maintenance and care of all POS and nominated streetscape areas throughout Catalina Estate.

The initial contract term of appointment will be for a period of two years with the potential for a one-year extension at the absolute discretion of the TPRC.
