The items listed are for surplus to Shire requirements, disused and in some instance damaged or not working.

The items are offered for sale, AS IS, WHERE IS. Inspection can be arranged by contacting Leanne on 9683 1001.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the items meet expectations (condition, working or not, number of items etc). The Shire accepts no responsibility for the items being complete or in working order.

Offers should be delivered to the Shire and placed in the Locked Tender box by 4 pm Wednesday 7 December 2022 clearly identifying the items you wish to bid for.
