Peninsula Health (PH) is seeking Offers for the provision of Radiologists Services (the Service) to PH.

PH is seeking to partner and enter into a contract with a Provider for the provision of Radiologist Services that includes Medical Imaging Reporting, Clinical Education, Clinical Meetings, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Services that would normally be required to support a large Victorian Metropolitan Health Care Network with a Level 4-6 requirement, as per the Draft Medical Imaging and nuclear medicine capability framework October 2019. The services are required for a period of five years (with a three + two year options to extend) to deliver and grow an outstanding service.

The individual contract for supply will be directly between the Provider and PH. PH will rely on the information provided and advice included in response to this Invitation when deciding whether the Offer meets the criteria set out in this Specification.

Providers must provide a response to each of the functional requirements, conditions and specifications as indicated using the response schedules provided herein. The Offer should state the Provider's willingness, technical ability, resources available and all costs to provide the service.
