Tender Description

The Land Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking a development partner to design, build, own, maintain and lease-back a Logistics Facility to End User’s requirements on a 4 hectare lot. The land identified for potential development is located at the Marine Industry Park in East Arm, with future development up to 7 hectare to occur subject to the End User’s needs. Once constructed, the facility will be tenanted by the End User servicing the oil, gas and marine industry.
