building firms are invited to submit EOI for consideration in a selected tender for works at Assisi Catholic College, Upper Coomera, Gold Coast including:
NEW BLOCK 19 – SENIOR HUMANITIES CLASSROOM CENTRE
Double storey 420 sqm airconditioned classroom building with 3 x GLAs (level 1) and senior multi-function centre (level 0) with associated: verandahs, bridge link connection, stairs and external works.
Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 30.01.23 (closing 03.03.23), with work to commence 10.04.23 for completion by 08.12.23.
Applicants should forward their email submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works.
