The District Council of Loxton Waikerie are seeking expressions of interest for the sale of a portion of the land currently occupied by the Loxton Waste Transfer Station, located at Century Boulevard Loxton.

The land is formally known as allotment 111 DP51389, as contained in Certificate of Title 5842/273. The land comprises approximately 31ha.

The land is within the rural horticulture zone. Envisaged usage include a range of agricultural and intensive horticultural activities and associated value adding.

Expressions of interest should consider the method of land division to provide a separate title to the land.

Expressions of Interest will be received via the online submission form (below) or email to council@lwdc.sa.gov.au up until 5pm Tuesday 20 December 2022.

Submissions will be tabled at a future Council meeting for consideration.
