Tender Description
The Department of Transport plans, builds, and operates an integrated, sustainable and safe transport system for Australia’s fastest-growing state. This includes all modes of public transport. As part of the service, Victorian transport customers are provided with access to journey planning, ticketing and general inquiries through DoT’s customer contact centre.
DoT will be issuing an Expression of Interest to the market for the provision of an outsourced customer contact centre. The centre manages over 100,000 customer contacts per month across multiple inbound and outbound channels including inbound calls, web chat, chatbot, email, IVR, web forms and more.
A shortlist of respondents to the EoI will be selected to receive the Request for Tender during the first quarter of 2023.
